Trojan 2-Man Golf Tournament
2026 Tournament Rules
Rules & Regulations
- 2-Man Best Shot. Each player plays their own ball — take the best score between you and your partner for your team score (e.g. you shoot 4, partner shoots 5 → record 4).
- Max score is 10 on all holes.
- After your first 9 holes, turn your scorecard in at the check-in area.
- Exchange scorecards with your paired opponents before teeing off on your first hole.
- You will play the same tees both days, determined by age:
- Black Tees: Ages 54 and under
- White Tees: Ages 55–69
- Orange Tees: Age 70+ and Women
- All players must finish out every hole — NO GIMMIE PUTTS. If your partner cannot beat the opponent's score, they should pick up to speed up pace of play.
- Out of Bounds: 1-stroke penalty; replay from your previous position. No drop where the ball crossed OB.
- Winter Rules: You may roll the ball the length of a scorecard.
- All bunkers are in play — no rake and place unless stated otherwise.
- USGA rules apply unless specified. If a ruling dispute occurs, play two balls and present to the Trojan 2-Man committee after the round for an official ruling.
- Your Team Tournament Score is the total score from Day 1 and Day 2. After the conclusion of Day 1, the tournament will be flighted, and you will compete on Day 2 against teams in your flight only.
